A Beagle Commercial Crew Transport, built and operated by Orbital Dynamics Incorporated (NASDAQ: ODIN) is in the final phase of docking at Wild Blue Industries' SkyRanch II. A Spartan Aerospace (NASDAQ: SPAR)-owned Reusable Airless Body Ballistic Intermodal Transport (RABBIT) awaits the Beagle's passengers. It won’t be long before they’re headed to Gateway Station at Earth-Moon Lagrange 2 (EML-2). While Spartan Aerospace and Orbital Dynamics are both competitors of Wild Blue Industries, they're all partners in the Shackleton Mining Company (SMC), a joint venture created to mine the Moon of its resources- water in particular.SkyRanch II is the replacement to Wild Blue's original SkyRanch, the world’s first commercial space station, destroyed in 2015 by the ASA. SkyRanch II uses the newer Block III Homestead Commercial Space Modules (CSM) while retaining its original hypergolic-fueled Appaloosa Core Node.
